Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Sales experience, including face-to-face and over phone/email interactions. Understanding of and professional experience with high-performance, 2-channel audio systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer service and de-escalation skills. Computer proficiency. Ability to collaborate effectively with Hi-Fi Guides and Hi-Fi Buyers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
