Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling passenger information and transactions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules and operational needs. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, with familiarity with airport operations and procedures, and understanding of airline policies and regulations. Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 pounds, with fluency in multiple languages being advantageous but not required.
