Our Boston-based Legal team plays a critical role in shaping our global operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business results. **Job Summary** We're seeking a seasoned production network and planned operations attorney to join our Boston-based Legal team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing strategic guidance on global supply chain and logistics matters, driving business results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on our business. **Responsibilities** As a production network and planned operations attorney at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Acting as the primary attorney for all global supply chain and logistics matters, including serving as the primary contact for the supply chain leadership team. * Providing comprehensive, value-added support, including planning, organizing, and drafting complex business transactions and managing contract templates and client- and provider-facing program agreements. * Collaborating with the business to develop and maintain flexible compliance programs and managing a unified compliance database for regulated activities (e.g., FMC and Dab compliance). * Driving efficiency in high-volume workstreams, utilizing templates, playbooks, and self-service tools. * Working closely with other lawyers in the Legal department and across the business as a supply chain subject matter expert. **Key Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, with expertise in business supply chain and logistics, and international shipping. * Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top-tier law school and admission to at least one state bar. * Proven track record of taking initiative, including a willingness to roll up sleeves, contribute, and handle complex issues with the broader arenaflex team, including both legal and non-legal partners. * Highly effective, business-savvy, and persuasive writing and communication skills, including excellent discussion and relationship-building abilities. * Project management experience and the ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **About Our Team** The arenaflex Legal team provides guidance and support on regulations and policies relevant to the company's global operations.
