Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees, and we are seeking talented professionals like you to join our journey. **Job Summary** As a Sr. Analyst on our Workforce Activities team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing store performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with store managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $27/hour and a range of benefits and perks. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead task groups of experts and other partners to analyze and optimize store performance * Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth * Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations * Build relationships with store managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance store performance and customer experience * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, analytics, or a related field * 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in retail or a similar industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership * Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a retail or similar industry, with a strong understanding of store operations and customer experience * Experience leading high-performing teams and developing and implementing process improvements * Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including data visualization and statistical modeling * Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership * Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling * Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including data visualization and statistical modeling * Ability to build relationships with store managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to employee development and growth.
