Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist on our Conversion Team, you will be responsible for: * Processing incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency * Providing value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and improve client satisfaction * Collaborating with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues * Promoting client retention and identifying opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work * Customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Strong typing skills and proficiency in data entry software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality * Experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA's) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors is a plus **Work Environment and Culture** As a Data Entry Specialist on our Conversion Team, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals.
