Key Responsibilities As a data entry clerk with NextRecruiting, you will be responsible for: Performing data entry tasks with or without reasonable accommodation Assisting in developing a positive professional and safe work environment Performing all other duties as appointed Assisting in developing and implementing company policies and procedures Providing excellent verbal and written communication skills to clients and candidates Working both independently and within a team environment Staying organized, giving attention to detail, and following guidelines and multitasking in a professional and efficient way Qualifications and Skills We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to arrange simultaneous tasks. The ideal candidate will have: No experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate The ability to work within recognized turnaround times Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to translate and use company policies and procedures Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a professional and efficient way The ability to work both independently and within a team environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: Previous experience in data entry or a related field Knowledge of company policies and procedures Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with multiple software applications Compensation and Benefits As a data entry clerk with NextRecruiting, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of $30-$35 per hour.
