Job Overview: Data Entry and E-Filing Specialist In this critical role, you will serve as an integral part of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents utilizing internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry, our processes, and best practices in data entry and e-filing. Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, applying problem-solving skills and collaborating with the team to resolve them efficiently. Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the team's objectives. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience and technical proficiency are strongly preferred. You should also: Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Hold a high school diploma or GED. Demonstrate the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Be a team player with a desire to collaborate and contribute to a dynamic environment. Have experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Achieve a typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute.
