You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your technical expertise, combined with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and ensure their satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or chat * Troubleshoot and repair soft drink fountain machines and other equipment as per arenaflex's standards * Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs * Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations * Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude to repair machines * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Adaptability to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., technical, business, or customer service) * Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting * Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and refrigeration equipment * Certification in customer service or technical support **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong technical problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and diagnostic skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
