Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to ticketing, baggage, and other travel-related services. Process transactions, manage cash and other forms of payment, and balance daily transactions. Check in baggage and cargo, answer phone calls, and provide information to customers. Manage customer issues resulting from oversales, delayed or canceled flights, lost or damaged baggage, and other travel disruptions. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related services. Complete forms and reports as required by the organization. Write exception and grievance reports as necessary. Perform other work-related tasks as directed by management. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under stressful conditions. Ability to work in a team environment and meet the public. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the airline or travel industry. Proficiency in using computer software and hardware. Ability to speak multiple languages.
