Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.
