As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to a wide variety of customer and member inquiries and requests * Resolve guest and member issues to satisfaction, using effective communication and problem-solving skills * Handle calls involving angry or upset customers, using empathy and de-escalation techniques to resolve issues * Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies, and procedures * Assist in retaining customers for the brand in order to provide future revenue for the members * Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment * Knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies, and procedures * Experience with data entry and other software applications * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Strong time management and organizational skills **Work Environment** * This is a fully remote position, requiring a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection * Must live in the Phoenix area * Must have open schedule availability, including evenings and weekends * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and 7am-5pm Saturday-Sunday **Compensation and Benefits** * $20/hour * Bonus potential $200-$400 a month * $50 a month towards Wi-Fi Bill * All equipment provided * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Career Growth Opportunities** * Opportunities for advancement and career growth within the company * Ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Flexible scheduling and remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced customer service professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
