Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to work remotely for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, and a full benefits package offered upon permanent hire. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and e-mail etiquette Previous customer service experience and comfort with sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with training in Salesforce Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects A High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its regulations Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
