If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Completing statistical access and balancing features * Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and court fees * Ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all accounts and associated information that are part of their work and ensuring that their work is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act. **All You Will Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure conditions * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant blithequark and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** To excel in this role, you will need: * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure conditions * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant blithequark and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
