Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve financial stability and success through education. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide timely and professional responses, and maintain accurate records.
