Join us, and you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference. **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark's Delivery Station, you'll be based at one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses. Here, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operation, working closely with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences. Your day will be filled with a mix of: * Providing real-time, hands-on support to customers in person, via phone, and email * Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to deliver exceptional experiences * Resolving issues and setting expectations with customers to ensure satisfaction * Collaborating with our warehouse and delivery partners to resolve delivery issues * Staying up-to-date on our supply chain and local knowledge of delivery connections and warehouses **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers directly in person, via phone, and email * Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs * Upholding company values and respecting every customer * Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers * Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues * Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues * Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome * Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer * Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High School or equivalent diploma * Previous experience in Customer Service * Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency * Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook * Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience * Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills * Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators * Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Flexible work schedule with opportunities for remote work * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Opportunities for advancement and leadership development **Work Environment** Our Delivery Station is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.
