Key Responsibilities Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses, utilizing online databases and digital systems. Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems, ensuring data integrity and organization. Sort and organize data, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. Verify information provided to our client by 3rd party entities, using online databases to cross-check information and ensure accuracy. Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility. Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately, with a stable internet connection and a computer-savvy approach. Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work with process and information changes, and a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
