Key Responsibilities Implement data analysis and reporting tools, such as VBA and PBI, to provide insights on customer behavior and supply chain performance Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation, and performance reporting Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders Integrate new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with the Commercial Development team Evaluate cost-to-serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior, and propose improvements to drive business growth Use customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements in supply chain processes and customer experience Requirements for Success To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in go-to-market supply chain functions as a data analyst or IT professional. You should have advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office, including VBA, PBI, and PPT. Fluency in English is required, with a minimum B2 level. Knowledge of Python and API is an advantage. You should also possess strong analytical skills, a solution-focused mindset, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
