As a Customer Care Manager at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable journey with us. You'll be responsible for coordinating the daily campervan rental business, working closely with our station team to ensure seamless handovers and returns of our vehicles. Your primary focus will be on our customers, providing them with a world-class experience that exceeds their expectations. **The Role – Your Passion** As a Customer Care Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Coordinating the daily campervan rental business, ensuring a smooth operation of all handovers and returns of our vehicles * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience with us * Supporting the Station Manager in personnel planning and training our agents to continuously develop the team * Ensuring the adherence to our quality standards, particularly in terms of customer interaction * Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience **What You Need to Ride the Wave with Us** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A successful completion of a relevant education and at least 2-3 years of experience in the campervan rental, tourism, or a related industry * A high level of service and customer orientation, with a friendly and approachable demeanor * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers face-to-face * A problem-solving and organizational talent, with the ability to think on your feet * Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages * A valid driver's license for the class B vehicle category **Join the blithequark Family** At blithequark, we offer a unique work environment that's all about teamwork, camaraderie, and having fun.
