Feedback and Improvement: Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in enhancing the customer support process and overall user experience. Adherence to Protocols: Follow established protocols for chat interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Education and Experience: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support or similar role. Technical Skills: Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various chat support software and CRM systems. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and various communication tools. Soft Skills: Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently. Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive work environment.
