As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of this team, supporting our customers and driving business growth. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide high-quality multichannel support (telephonic, chat, email, social media, and US mail) to customers in Spanish. You will resolve problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
