**Experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative (Hybrid) – Powersports Loan Servicing**

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our team in Irving, Texas, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. **About the Role** As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, responsible for handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, processing phone payments, conducting outbound customer interview calls, and communicating and resolving customer issues via online chat channels. You'll be the go-to person for resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Process phone payments and ensure accurate and timely payment processing. * Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer concerns. * Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channels, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support. * Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions. * Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that customer satisfaction and loyalty are consistently high. * Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. * Two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with collection experience a plus. * Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided). * Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and online chat channels. * Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers. * Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality. **Benefits:** * Robust Health Care Plans (Medical, Dental & Vision) * Up to 20 Days PTO (Accrued) * Generous Parental Leave * Retirement Plan (401k with Company Match) * Educational Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement up to $3K/year * Powersports Safety Benefit * Gympass Wellness Benefit **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
