About Our Approach and Philosophy Our fundamental belief is that children learn best in the context of supportive relationships. We are committed to helping students better understand how they learn and how they can take ownership of that learning. Our proprietary approach to standardized test preparation is influenced by the founders' collective experience working in cognitive science at Yale University. This method focuses on teaching critical thinking, applied reasoning, and problem-solving strategies, rather than relying on rote memorization or practice questions. By emphasizing effective strategies for gathering, sequencing, categorizing, and classifying information, we help students develop the skills they need to reason, solve problems, make inferences, and draw conclusions. Additionally, you should be computer-savvy, have exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive and demonstrate confidence in a fast-paced environment.
