Event Operations and Impact Intern

This hybrid internship supports nationwide meal packing events through travel planning, partner coordination, and nonprofit operations. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Plan and book all travel accommodations ensuring alignment with event schedules • Monitor travel expenses to stay within budget and build itineraries for traveling teams • Develop recommendations to optimize travel operations based on trends and forecasts • Review network applications for meal distribution partners and build relationships with them • Coordinate and oversee meal distribution partner pickups from events • Create an impact report to share with internal and external stakeholders as a capstone project About You The company is looking for: • Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills • Ability to multitask and organize multiple projects simultaneously • Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer and technology-based programs • Team player with strong communication skills and collaborative attitude • Punctual and able to meet deadlines consistently • Adaptable with positive energy through challenges and changes • Professional maturity in appearance and communication (written, verbal, non-verbal) • Acceptable eyesight and hearing (with or without correction/aids) • Physical ability to grab, sit, hold, write, type, and operate technology tools • Must pass background check and driving history report How to Apply • Submit your application through the provided link, ensuring all required information is included.
