Location:Remote - Florida Department: Analytics Center of Excellence Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/ to Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$90,667.20 - $117,852.80 / Annual Summary Works under the supervision of analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualization, and information dissemination. They are subject matter data experts that work with IT solutions to solve high priority organizational analytic problems in multiple domains, including but not limited to clinical quality, operations, and finance. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical background who has previous experience in Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Models and SQL Programming to support BI development out of Epic, Infor, and other enterprise areas. This person will be a part of our Analytics Center of Excellence team developing reports and analytics to support our Compliance & Internal Audit department. The Epic Advanced Business Intelligence Developer will prepare and present comprehensive reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and other stakeholders. Identify trends and patterns to uncover data outliers. Prepare and execute functional, system and program specifications using structured methodology. Independently lead and coordinate projects responsible for managing and meeting project timeline, budget, and data quality parameters. Apply advanced business systems analyst knowledge and expertise to accomplish business objectives. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited University or College in IT or related field, such as engineering, business administration required. Masters degree in data science and/or advanced analytics preferred. Experience: Required: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management utilizing project management and analytic process methodologies (e.g. Agile & Scrum). 5+ years of experience developing and managing reports and dashboards for analytic projects. 4+ years of experience with Business Intelligence Tools (QlikSense, QlikView, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) Experience creating data models to support reports and dashboards. Strong understanding of relational databases with experience using SQL query techniques. Knowledge of data warehouses/data stores and data marts. Experience developing a test plan and executing test scenarios related to building and deploying dashboards. Requires demonstrated experience in project management or management and experience working with external vendors. Requires experience training and mentoring other developers/analysts. Additional Experience Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management utilizing project management and analytic process methodologies (e.g. Agile & Scrum) • 5+ years of experience developing and managing reports and dashboards for analytic projects. • Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model Certification and experience required • Epic Revenue Data Model Certification and experience required • SQL development experience required • Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) required Additional Experience Preferences: • Epic Caboodle Developer Certification and experience preferred • Epic Pharmacy and general Clinical experience preferred • Experience with Cogito Tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer) preferred • Experience in Qlik Sense preferred • Experience with Infor AP, HR, and Supply Chain data preferred • 7+ years of experience in enterprise databases and analytic reporting • 5+ year of experience using Qlik Sense/QlikView/Tableau or other BI Visualization tool US:FL:Fort Myers Apply tot his job
