Entry-Level On-site Human Resources Coordinator (on-site specific role)

About the position Responsibilities • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to bring in the best talent • Leading employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming start, setting them up for success from day one. • Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with FMLA and other labor laws, and keeping everything organized. • Supporting the administration of HR systems and administrative items. • Facilitating employee relations efforts to foster a positive, engaged, and motivated workplace culture. • Collaborating with management on strategic workforce planning and organizational needs, contributing to a culture of betterment and continuous improvement. • Providing guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures, helping everyone stay aligned with our growth-focused culture • Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and promote a mindset of learning and betterment. • Planning and setting up on-site team events to create community. Requirements • Ability to work on-site Monday-Friday for a full-time schedule of 9:00 am-5:30 pm. • Passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment. • Organized and good at handling details. • Excited to learn and grow your HR skills. • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people. • Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality. • Strong understanding of employee orientation processes and best practices. • Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively. • Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates through various platforms. • Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis for reporting purposes. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. • Ability to plan and lead team events.
