Entry-Level Deputy Project Managers - Networking Event with AECOM – Raleigh

They are seeking an Entry-Level Deputy Project Manager to support project delivery and operations across various business lines, providing hands-on experience and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities Partner with Project Managers to support a variety of projects and programs across the Metro New York region Monitor project performance and understand how individual projects contribute to overall business outcomes Prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, and contribute to project delivery Apply standard engineering and project management techniques to develop technical skills and professional judgment Prepare designs, calculations, drawings, and other project deliverables under the supervision of experienced professionals Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and contribute to continuous improvement across teams Develop and manage spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools to support project and business operations Collect data and prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts on key project and program financial metrics Conduct research, perform analysis, and present recommendations based on findings Coordinate with business lines and corporate teams to compile and analyze data for management reporting Assist Project Managers with cost control, schedule tracking, and other key project management functions Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Relevant experience, internship or professional work, is a plus Working Knowledge of industry software such as Oracle- Primavera P6 software, Revit, etc Working Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power Bi and Office 365 apps such as Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Design Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, high proficiency with Excel Ability to work with different levels of both technical and administrative personnel High comfort level with quantitative analysis, particularly under tight time constraints Excellent communicator including the desire to ask questions and learn from co-workers Ability to prioritize tasks with a commitment to completing tasks with urgency and within established deadlines Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life AD&D Disability benefits Paid time off Leaves of absences Voluntary benefits Perks Flexible work options Well-being resources Employee assistance program Business travel insurance Service recognition awards Retirement savings plan Employee stock purchase plan Company Overview AECOM is a global provider of professional technical and management support services to a broad range of markets.
