Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Are you excellent at communicating over the phone and via email? Do you want to have a chance to demonstrate your superior customer service skills? Would you like the flexibility and convenience of working from home? Nova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill a full-time remote customer service representative (Participant Specialist) position. In this position, you will field phone calls and emails related to retirement plan withdrawal and loan transactions. Although welcome, industry experience is not required, and paid training will be provided. Candidates will also be required to successfully complete the NIPA Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for answering the Nova participant services line Work directly with participants and clients to help initiate requests through the recordkeeper sites and answer questions related to pending requests Establish solid working relationships with all vendors and plan sponsors to ensure open and accurate communication Provide data entry assistance for Distribution Department Pursue and attain NIPA’s Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates Perform other related duties as required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Bilingual speaking is a plus Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision Superior organizational and coordination skills Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task Coachable and committed to professional development Experience in a customer service or call center setting a plus but not required Compensation and Benefits: Base Hourly Pay: $18-$22 per hour Work Location/Hours: Work from Home Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer We will supply all necessary computer equipment 40 hour work week, 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday We get it.
