They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their North America team in Chicago, responsible for opening doors and generating sales opportunities for enterprise clients. Responsibilities Research large enterprise companies and identify the right decision-makers Use a multi-channel approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to connect with prospects Deliver our value proposition in a way that gets people genuinely excited Ask smart questions to qualify prospects and uncover real business pain Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities Hit monthly/quarterly goals and help drive revenue growth Partner with our sales team to create seamless handoffs and killer demos Skills 1 year of B2B sales experience Adaptable, quick to adjust, and thrive in fast-changing environments Gritty and willing to put in the work — you love a challenge Comfortable using and learning new tools — you're naturally tech-savvy Committed and motivated to grow with the company long-term Excellent communication skills — written and spoken Based in Chicago (hybrid working arrangement) Experience with Salesforce Experience in construction, real estate, or enterprise sales A great sense of humor (seriously, we value this) Company Overview Buildots specializes in transforming construction sites into a data-driven digital environment.
