Enrollment Specialist – Fitness Certification Course (Remote Sales)

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will guide prospective students through the decision-making process, help them understand the certification course, and enroll them into the pathway that aligns with their goals. This role requires daily discipline, consistent attendance, and performance-driven motivation. What You’ll Do • Make 80+ outbound calls daily and maintain 3+ hours of talk time • Conduct confident enrollment interviews • Follow a proven, step-by-step enrollment system • Qualify leads, answer questions, and close enrollments • Use Salesforce, Kixie, and structured scripts to manage your pipeline • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs • Participate in a high-performance, supportive team culture • Maintain uninterrupted availability during all scheduled working hours What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of sales experience (phone/high-ticket preferred) • Fitness-minded and genuinely interested in health and personal training • Confident, high-energy communication style • Disciplined, competitive, coachable • Able to work 40+ hours weekly, including evenings and Saturdays • Laptop, headset, reliable high-speed internet • Quiet, consistently distraction-free workspace (required) • Strong attendance and reliability history Compensation and What You’ll Receive • Base activity pay plus commissions and bonuses • Average earnings: $1,100–$1,400 per week • Top performers: $7,000+ per month • Weekly bonuses and monthly incentives • Paid training with clear advancement paths • Direct deposit every Friday • Supportive culture with monthly Atlanta meetups • Company trips (Amelia Island, Smoky Mountains, New Orleans, Palm Beach, Las Vegas, New York City, San Francisco) Please Research Our Company Before Applying Website: bodydesignu.com Community: facebook.com/groups/bodydesignuniversityersity Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,750.00 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Application Question(s): • 1.
