Where you come in There is a clear need in EMS to have software representation by people who truly understand the challenges agencies face. That’s why our liaisons come from EMS backgrounds — EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers, and frontline responders who know the reality of the work. Your role as an EMS Software Liaison is to be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for agencies exploring our software. You will be supported by specialists from our team, but your personality, reliability, and EMS insight are what make the difference in helping agencies adopt better tools.
