E-commerce Marketing Manager for 7-figure brands

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive growth across digital channels. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase online sales, and optimize user engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and data analytics, with a passion for e-commerce and innovative marketing techniques. Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings. • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM to maximize ROI. • Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress. • Utilize marketing automation tools and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention. • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and refine marketing strategies. • Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase engagement and brand awareness. • Conduct conversion optimization through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing techniques to boost sales conversions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing. • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads Manager, Facebook Advertising Manager, and marketing automation platforms. • Strong skills in content creation including copywriting and graphic design; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) is preferred. • Technical knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a plus. • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform decision-making processes. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences. • Experience in B2B marketing strategies within the e-commerce sector is desirable. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications are advantageous.
