Responsibilities: • Lead the Marketing function for the company. • Develop, implement, and execute a full Marketing plan to: • Identify and develop key messages around our value proposition “Why us? • Summarize and differentiate the company's services andsolutions in the marketplace. • Boost the company's brand visibility. • Oversee the development of Sales andMarketing materials that help theBusiness Development staff land more clients, from initial outreach to capabilities meetings andbid defenses. • Plan strategic involvement in industry events for brand and network growth. • Increase our scientific/ technical leadership stature by seeking speaking and panel opportunities. • Drive a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including website, social media, blogs, webinars and other sources. • Work across the organization to deliver marketing content that resonates with our customer base and supports company objectives. • Direct Customer/ Market Analysis and Competitive Research efforts to help position the companyin the marketplace and differentiate us from our competitors. • Analyze marketing effectiveness and optimize based on insights. • Some travel required. Job Specific Skills: • Proven ability to create and lead marketing campaigns for an organization. • Thorough understanding of the clinical research industry, clinical development process, regulatory submissions and related functions preferred. • Ability to comprehend and consolidate detailed technical and scientific information in order to create succinct marketing messages. • Proficiency in CRM systems, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Project Management Skills. • Proficiency in platforms utilized for analysis of marketing data. • Ability to lead a Marketing team across multiple regions. Requirements: • Bachelor's in Marketing/ Business or related field; MBA is a plus. • 5 years of marketing experience in roles of increasing responsibility. • Direct experience in clinical research, clinical services or clinical technology highly preferred. • Track record of developing and leading successful global marketing campaigns. • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media. • Effective cross-functional collaboration. • Skilled in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
