Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Publisher to join our dynamic marketing team. Website: positivefeedback.ai Responsibilities • Develop, publish, and manage digital content across websites, social media channels, and email campaigns using Content Management Systems like WordPress. • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic rankings. • Implement conversion optimization strategies to increase user engagement and lead generation. • Manage social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including Facebook Advertising and Social Media Management. • Design and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital assets. • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms to inform strategy adjustments. • Execute email marketing campaigns with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels. • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications • Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies. • Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems such as WordPress and other Content Management Platforms. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred for advanced content customization and data analysis. • Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation. • Experience with social media management tools and marketing automation platforms. • Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of B2B marketing principles. • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns for performance marketing goals. • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
