Data Records Technician

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Records Technician to support our administrative and compliance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating internal databases, and ensuring all documents are filed, stored, and retrieved efficiently. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Maintain, organize, and update digital and physical records according to company standards. • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements. • Input, track, and manage data within company systems, spreadsheets, and databases. • Prepare and file records for audits, quality control checks, and internal reviews. • Assist in retrieving requested documents and providing data for internal teams. • Identify inconsistencies or missing information and ensure corrections are made promptly. • Support administrative tasks such as scanning, uploading, indexing, and archiving. Qualifications • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. • Strong data-entry ability with high accuracy and speed. • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database systems. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
