Location: Bedwellty Job Title: Data Entry/AdministratorLocation: BlackwoodSalary: 11.00 per hour (Temporary to Permanent position) Hours: Full time. Monday – Friday (07:30am to 3:30pm) Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Data Entry/Administrator to work for a client of ours based in the Blackwood area. This is a full time temporary to permanent position.Main requirements & Skills: • Use a variety of computer software programs such as Word; Excel; Outlook • Ability to translate critical information for inputting into database software • Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions • Analyzing information; Information sorting; source data preparation • Must be able to process system transactions and paperwork effectively and in a timely manner. • Confidentiality • High level quality of written and verbal skills, ability to interact at all levels, communicating with staff; managers and/or customers. • Ability to operate standard office equipment, i.e. printers; scanners; copiers etc. • High attention to detail essential, minimizing the risk of errors. • Maintain a neat and orderly work area, both internal and external. • Able to carry out any other ad hoc duties related to the data entry role. Could involve booking of travel and accommodation. • Must be able to work with limited supervision and as part of a team • Meet & greet all visitors to the premises with a professional and pleasant manner, following Company guidelines on security/visitors, including operation of main gate & turnstiles. To be considered for this position you must have: • Previous data entry/admin experience • Strong customer service skills • Great attention to detail • Self-motivation • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude • Flexible, perform other duties as assigned.
