Data Analyst

They are hiring a Data Analyst to support reporting and analytics efforts, transforming raw data into actionable insights that aid decision-making across various departments. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Present findings in a way that highlights insights, trends, and business impact Apply strong data visualization principles to create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards Support data governance, documentation, and data quality processes Assist with ad hoc analyses and business requests as needed Skills 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role Foundational SQL querying skills and understanding of relational databases Proficiency with Power BI and strong Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences Ability to think both analytically and strategically - comfortable digging into details while understanding the broader business context Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools, concepts, and industry knowledge Experience with Python, R, and/or DAX is an asset Benefits Competitive Compensation: Benefit from a pay structure that includes incentives, bonuses, and opportunities to increase your earnings.
