About the position The D2C Acquisition Analytics Consultant will support sales and marketing teams by analyzing performance of marketing campaigns (including DRTV, CTV/OTT, Digital, and Direct Mail) and sales production, improving accuracy, visibility, and speed of reporting, and supporting pilots with AI and automation. This role collaborates with sales and marketing to build analytical frameworks that enhance channel performance and maximize ROI. This role will be expected to provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for budget and resource allocation and timing across channels, as well as modernizing sustainable and automated reporting solutions while acting as a resource across teams for AI/automated workflows. As a D2C Acquisition Analytics Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Tracking and analyzing results at a granular level across sales and marketing channels to inform and build forecasting models supporting advertising spend decisioning to maximize ROI. Modernizing and automating reporting outputs utilizing Denodo and Power BI and Excel where necessary while collaborating with two Sr. Analysts and serving as a SME for this activity. Supporting pilots by building automated workflows and serving as a SME for this activity across teams. Generating recommendations for A/B testing and experimentation to enhance campaign performance and identify the most effective strategies. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to drive sales growth and improve efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to maintain data quality and integrity as business processes are augmented and/or new applications and technologies are utilized. Applying statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, as well as to support sales planning initiatives. Conducting periodic in-depth analysis of consumer behavior while staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in acquisition marketing analysis. The Acquisition Analytics Consultant position is well-suited for you: By demonstrating strong project management skills, effectively handling multiple projects concurrently while maintaining timing and quality standards. Having previous experience presenting recommendations to senior management. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools to aid in efficient tracking, reporting, and the optimization of marketing activities and sales processes. Experience in leveraging AI and/or automation to support business processes and pilots. Robust understanding of the marketing landscape, including emerging trends, evolving consumer behavior, and the impact of digital transformation on marketing strategies. Leadership experience, with the ability to influence peers and colleagues across sales, marketing, and analytics teams. Requirements • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field is required, or an equivalent of 8 years of experience in a related discipline. • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in business analysis is required. • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Business Objects, and Denodo. • Experience with Power Automate supporting real-world business solutions and automation. • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in statistical analysis tools and methodologies. Nice-to-haves • A Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field preferred. • Certifications/licenses include Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, or related preferred. • A minimum of 6-10 years of progressive experience in business analysis and driving business outcomes. • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL writing/reading and understanding of database structures.
