Customer Support: Tier 2 (Part-Time, Ohio)
Location: Remote (must reside in United States) Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday between 9am-6pm EST We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist: Tier 2 who can confidently handle escalated support situations with warmth, professionalism, and steady judgment. This role requires someone who is experienced in remote work, emotionally grounded, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced virtual environment. You’ll support clients by phone, chat, and email—often in sensitive or emotionally charged situations—helping turn difficult moments into positive, compassionate experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in mental health, nursing, counseling, or similar fields where empathy, boundaries, and calm communication are essential. What You’ll Do • Resolve Tier 2 escalations, including complex or sensitive customer issues. • Provide live phone support to de-escalate challenging situations. • Proactively drive resolutions to reduce delays, confusion, and cancellations. • Improve and maintain support templates, macros, and internal knowledge bases. • Collaborate closely with Tier 1 agents and offer coaching to strengthen team performance. • Navigate multiple systems, tools, and workflows simultaneously with strong technical proficiency.
