This is a remote position. Schedule: • Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8am - 5pm PST with 1 hour lunch • Wednesday & Thursday 10am- 6pm PST with 1 hour lunch Client Timezone: PST Job Description You’ll be the vital first point of contact for customers while building the company’s digital presence through engaging social media content. This dynamic role combines excellent customer service with creative marketing, where every interaction matters and your performance directly impacts company growth. You’ll play a crucial role in converting inquiries into qualified leads while managing varying call volumes and creating content that resonates with the audience.
