Pro m ote awareness of brand i m age internally and externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to HVC, including up-selling. Identify guest reservation needs by asking open-ended questions to obtain all necessary infor m ation. Check availability of acco m m odations and dates, including finding alternative dates or options if first choice is not available. Ability to handle m ultiple syste m s si m ultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing and co m prehension . Guest Experience and Co m pany Standards Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and pro m ptly. Contribute to tea m goals. M aintain confidentiality of proprietary m aterials and infor m ation. Always follow co m pany policies and safety procedures. To Beco m e a Custo m er Service Representative at HVC: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Reach overhead and below the knees, perfor m bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of ti m e. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Ite m s that Weigh up to 10lbs without assistance . M ust possess the ability to navigate m ultiple co m puter syste m s si m ultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and co m prehension.
