Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment. Previous customer service experience preferred; healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus. Must have a quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to work independently.
