Customer Development Associate (CDA)

The CDA will manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs. Responsibilities Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders, customer and executive sponsors Maintain and enhance open communication channels with internal departments and customers Provide timely response to team requests and correspondence with a flexible, results-based approach to resolving issues and determining next steps Ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives Inventory and sales forecasting for assigned customers Clearly communicate the progress of projects and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Identify opportunities for process and sales improvements and collaborate with others to execute Contribute, when required, in situations, projects, and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives Contribute to the achievement of business and personal objectives by seeking and responding to performance and development feedback Management of company portfolio on customer ecommerce platforms, collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams as necessary Skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Solid organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions Excellent analytical ability as well as verbal and written communication skills University degree Experience in Sales or in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry would be an asset Benefits Great support for good health with medical, dental, and vision coverage options with no waiting periods or pre-existing condition restrictions.
