We are not a recruitment agency, but rather a dedicated extension of our clients' teams, working tirelessly to provide top-tier operational support to U.S.-based organizations. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Billing Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing customer accounts by reviewing outstanding balances and identifying the appropriate course of action for resolution * Communicating clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email to address billing inquiries, provide account updates, and resolve discrepancies * Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions, payment arrangements, and account status updates in internal systems * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure account information is accurate and up to date * Following up consistently on past-due accounts to facilitate timely collections while maintaining a positive customer relationship * Assisting in preparing financial documentation and reports related to billing and collections activity **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook * Proficiency with QuickBooks * Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional in all customer interactions **Working Hours and Requirements** As a Customer Billing Representative at blithequark, you will work Monday to Friday from 15h00pm to midnight (SA Time). To ensure seamless communication with our U.S.-based clients, a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.
