Imagine starting each day knowing your work directly contributes to saving and enhancing lives. At Live On Nebraska, every day is an opportunity to make a difference for donor families and individuals waiting for a transplant. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our Clinical Services team, where your expertise will play a crucial role in the organ donation process. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Clinical Coordinator, you will manage the entire organ donation process, from initial donor assessment to organ recovery. You’ll work both remotely and on-site at donor hospitals across Nebraska, collaborating with hospital staff to optimize donor management and ensure every opportunity for organ donation is maximized. What you’ll bring: • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), or prior clinical experience in an OPO. • Critical care or emergency care experience required. • ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications (or ability to obtain). • Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
