CPI Journeyman

Job Description: NOVACES, LLC is seeking a CPI Journeyman. The candidate will provide facilitation and related decision services using innovative, progressive, and results-oriented approaches for DoD engaged in collaboration efforts, working groups, or teams. Key Responsibilities: • Define, refine, and resolve disputes, disagreements, and divergent views. • Lead or facilitate group briefings and discussions, enabling focused decision-making, and issue resolution using a variety of improvement methodologies. • Perform analytic duties related to project execution and implementation of recommendations. • Provide modeling, simulation, and other applicable approaches to support a robust approach to improving processes. • Record discussion content and related facilitation support services with supporting reports. • Coach government personnel through project execution at the green belt and black belt level or equivalent in other methodologies throughout the life of their project(s). • Provide coaching to DLA and project leadership. • Maintain and utilize CAPER as the authoritative source for CPI projects. Minimum Requirements: • 5+ years of CPI experience as a certified LSS Black Belt, with a proven record of delivering ROI. • Experience deploying CPI across an organization of similar scale to DLA (~25,000 employees). • 3+ years consulting, advising, and working with federal senior leaders (Flag Officers and SES). • Ability to secure a CAC and DLA system access on Day 1. • Valid/Recognized third party Lean Sensei or Black Belt LSS certification. • College degree (BS/BA) • Secret DoD clearance Preferred • Military service or experience as a defense contractor • Advanced degree (MS / MBA ), or related degree Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $145,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Ability to commute/relocate: • Fort Belvoir, VA 22060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Lean Six Sigma: 5 years (Required) • Industry Experience (Preferred) License/Certification: • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Required) Security clearance: • Secret (Required) Apply tot his job
