CPAP/BiPAP Training & Compliance Manager- Respiratory Therapist

Remote, USA Full-time
Respiratory Therapist- Clinical Training & Compliance Specialist Company Overview At Sleep Coaches, we partner with medical equipment providers to ensure patients receive the education and support they need to be successful with CPAP therapy. Our team specializes in compliance, resupply coordination, and client support. As a fully remote company, we value collaboration, accountability, and innovation in how we serve our partners and their patients. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to bring clinical expertise and insight into our compliance and resupply programs. This role is designed for someone who thrives in training, program development, and client education rather than traditional one-on-one patient care. The RT will begin by completing frontline training to understand our processes and patient support approach, growing into the role with the expectation of learning both the Compliance department and resupply workflows before taking on more advanced responsibilities. Once that foundation is in place, the role will expand into evaluating and redesigning training materials, providing clinical input into program workflows, and serving as a subject matter expert on client calls, including demos with potential partners. Key Responsibilities • Complete new employee training to gain a full understanding of company processes. • Evaluate and refine training programs, manuals, and compliance workflows with a clinical perspective. • Collaborate with Compliance and Resupply teams to ensure processes align with clinical best practices. • Provide input on patient education approaches, scripting, and communication materials. • Participate in client-facing calls, demos, and ongoing account management to represent the company’s clinical expertise. • Serve as an internal clinical advisor for staff questions related to CPAP therapy and compliance. • Support the development of quality assurance standards and compliance procedures. Qualifications • Current license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT). • 2+ years of experience in CPAP/BiPAP therapy, compliance, or respiratory care. • DME experience is required (must have hands-on experience with CPAP/BiPAP equipment in a DME setting) • Strong communication and training skills with the ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical, patient-friendly education. • Experience developing or refining training materials, workflows, or compliance documentation. • Comfortable representing the company in client discussions and demos. • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a remote environment. Preferred Skills • Prior experience with training, onboarding, or process development. • Knowledge of insurance and compliance requirements related to CPAP therapy. • Familiarity with HME/DME operations and software platforms. Work Environment • 100% remote role. • Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for client calls. • Collaborative team culture that values innovation and input from all roles. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • What state do you reside in? • Is your Respiratory Therapist license up to date? • Which certifications do you currently hold? • This role is different from a traditional Respiratory Therapist position and will focus on creating educational materials, implementing training programs, and assisting with client calls as a clinical expert.
