Description The Corporate Counsel for Global Regulatory Affairs and Governance will play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s insurance holding group remains compliant with the Insurance Holding Company Act. This includes staying updated on regulatory developments and coordinating, drafting, and filing important Holding Company Act documents such as Forms B and C (Annual Registration and Changes), Form D (Prior Notice of Transaction), Form F (Enterprise Risk Report), and the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure.
