Contract Staffing Coordinator – Xpressions Galore, LLC Pay: $30/hour (approx. 10 hours/month) Duration: 3 months (possible renewal) Schedule: Fully flexible, remote Xpressions Galore, LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Staffing Coordinator on a short-term contract to help manage our team of servers, bartenders, and event coordinators. This is a fully remote, flexible role—you can complete the work whenever it’s convenient for you, without ever leaving your home. This position is perfect for someone with experience in hospitality staffing or HR coordination, looking for short-term contract work. If all goes well, there may be an opportunity to renew the contract after 3 months. Responsibilities • Conduct interviews and hire new staff (Servers, Bartenders, Coordinators) • Coordinate and conduct virtual staff orientations and onboarding meetings • Schedule and facilitate virtual staff meetings, check-ins, and trainings as needed • Ensure all staff have completed necessary training courses (food safety, bartending) and collect certificates • Send out the Employee Handbook and confirm all staff have signed • Address staffing issues, including uniform compliance, lateness, and interpersonal conflicts • Order uniforms and manage uniform inventory • Track employee bonuses and maintain proper documentation • Keep track of employee birthdays and ensure updated contact information • Maintain accurate staffing records and communicate updates to the company owner • Other related administrative and staffing tasks as needed Experience Requirements • 5+ year in staffing, HR, hospitality management, or administrative coordination preferred • Experience onboarding staff or leading orientations is a plus • Comfortable facilitating virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely Compensation & Schedule • $30/hour, estimated 10 hours per month • Fully remote and flexible—work whenever you want • Short-term contract for 3 months, with potential for renewal Job Type: Contract Pay: $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
