Contract - Production, Planning, and Expediting Clerks

Project length: ~3-4 weeks Commitment: ≥ 10 hrs / week Compensation: $33 - $106 per hour • Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates About the project Fixpoint is hiring Production, Planning, and Expediting Clerks for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Production, Planning, and Expediting Clerks You're a good fit if you have experience with: • Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments. • Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering. • Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities. • Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules. • Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays. or have similar experience. Requirements Must-have qualifications • Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Manufacturing. • Native-level English skills • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).
