In this engaging, part-time role, you will leverage your expertise in political systems and critical thinking to evaluate, label, and improve the quality of conversational AI responses. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of responsible AI while working remotely. Key Responsibilities • Review and assess AI-generated texts for quality, clarity, and adherence to defined guidelines. • Execute scripted and exploratory prompts to evaluate model performance and content safety. • Apply structured labeling frameworks with precision and consistency across varied political and policy-related themes. • Document and synthesize evaluation findings, highlighting patterns or anomalies for research purposes. • Maintain neutrality and objectivity, especially when handling ideologically sensitive or complex topics. • Collaborate with the customer’s team to ensure calibration and consistency in content assessments. • Contribute insights to support ongoing improvement of evaluation protocols. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline. • Exceptional English reading comprehension, writing, and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze arguments, identify biases, and apply critical thinking in content assessment. • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to applying labeling criteria. • Capacity to remain impartial and professional when engaging with sensitive or controversial content. • Proven experience working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment. • Familiarity with contemporary political systems and ideologies. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in content moderation, data labeling, or AI research environments. • Knowledge of local and global policy issues and their societal impact. • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, research-driven setting.
